Delivery Information

Please Note: Not all items are in stock. Place your order and we will confirm stock with you. If items aren't stocked we may need to change your order to a box quantity - we will confirm this with you before proceeding with your order of course!

Our online shop is currently configured to offer different delivery methods, however we reserve the right to quote freight where for expensive delivery areas and bulky or heavy items.

For orders under $50 retail customers will be charged $20 shipping.
For orders over $50 retail customers will be charged $10 shipping.
Customers may also choose "Pickup From Store" as their delivery method.

Please note that we do not accept delivery to PO Box addresses. If you attempt to enter a PO Box address as your delivery address your order will not be processed, and could be significantly delayed until we have confirmed a street address with you.

Our online store does not currently accept international orders, however you may contact us to discuss placing an order from outside Australia and we will do our best to help. We are happy to quote your preferred method of delivery or we are always happy to have your order collected from either our Penrith or Seven Hills branches.
